We went to the park today to take some pictures of the kiddos in their Easter outfits. Unfortunately it was a little too cool to put Cashe in his so he had to stay in his stroller for the photo-shoot. Belle, on the other hand, was the perfect little model:)

We had to do a lot of coercing but Belle eventually picked up the tiny turtle Blake found. We had to promise her he wasn't scary and that Georgia and Chloe would want to see her hold it:)
Cashe is really "chunking up" as you can see... he doesn't miss a meal:)

Circus!

We brought Belle and Cashe to the circus the other night. Belle loved it, Cashe slept through most of it and Blake and I wondered who would ever run away to join the circus...

Look at that posture! She is a natural:)

Sweet Smiles

Cashe is already getting so big! He is alsmost 2 months old and is starting to really show his sweet personality. He is still a good sleeper and does it A LOT, but he is starting to be awake more as well. He has been "talking" a lot and smiling too:)
We were so happy to have Priscilla and Daniel visit us this week:) Cashe didn't love the sun when we went for a picnic but we sure did enjoy it!

One Month!

I can't believe Cashe is already a month old! It is kind of sad though that because February only had 28 days, and Cashe was born on the 29th of January he didn't get an actual one month birthday. I guess that is probably only something a mom would worry about:)
Anyway, here are a few recent photos to show you how much he has changed already... isn't he the most handsome little guy ever??!!

On a side note, Belle actually fell asleep at the table after eating her lunch today! That has never happened! She looks so sweet and calm... wish I could say the same for when she woke up!

Too smart for her own good...

Today Blake laid Belle down for her nap and told her to close her eyes an keep them shut until after she woke up. Like usual, about 5 minutes later we heard her door open and then we heard her making her way down the hall. We noticed it took a while for her to get to us and when she finally made her appearance we realized what had taken so long... she had her eyes closed.
We had a pretty hard time containing our laughter as we sent her back to bed.
Maybe next time we need to be a little more clear on needing to actually SLEEP before waking up.
