Christmas Morning...

Christmas this year was so much fun and we are sad to see it go! I am sad to think that in a few years Cashe won't completely lose his mind every time he sees a decorated tree or a lighted house (even poorly done). And in a couple years Belle won't believe in Santa anymore :( And we celebrated our last "first Christmas" with Piper this year... Seriously??
Wow, I am not ready for all these changes and I am a lot more sentimental about these moments than I ever have been... maybe its because we have the halmark channel free this month, hmmm.
Don't get me wrong, I want my children to grow up, move on and be healthy, adjusted adults... SOMEDAY.
But today, I want to enjoy every moment so we can look back without regrets and know that we made a point to appreciate every stage in our children's lives.
On that note, here are a few snapshots of our Christmas morning. Enjoy:)

Past Christmases (I checked the spelling on that...)

I was inspired by a friend's recent blog post to show some pics from Christmases past. Our family has definitely changed a lot since 2004 and we feel so blessed! The past two years have been especially crazy (with 2 new babies) but we think this year will be the best Christmas yet.
We have so much to be thankful for!
~2004~
So naive to the craziness to come...
~2005~
Still in our clueless bliss... about 1.5 months pregnant with Belle.
~2006~
Ah-ha! A little taste of reality now...
(She was a sweet taste though)

~2007~

Loving life as parents of a sweet little girl!

We were in transition here... trying to sell our home in OK, and living with Blake's parents in TX. So we spent Christmas with Kevin and Kristin.

~2008~
Yeah, we totally have this parenting thing down. 2 years under our belts and 1 month from having Cashe (hence the lack of photos of me...).
~2009~
Wow, maybe we still had a few things to learn! Cashe was definitely his own person and taught us to expect the unexpected;)
And again, I am about 5.5 months pregnant here...
NO, being pregnant is NOT a tradition I plan on celebrating ever again.
~2010~
Perfect!
Having 2 babies in 14 months was a challenge (to say the least), but celebrating a babies first Christmas, 2 years in a row, has been a blast!

Christmas trees, presents, tutus, dresses and more!

We are getting very excited about Christmas around here. The girls have the cutest Christmas outfits and I feel like such a grinch if they go a day without wearing one... especially this close to Christmas!
We hope all our family and friends are having a very merry Christmas season! Enjoy a few pics from the last week and sorry for the lack of Cashe... he is completely uncooperative at this point. I will get him sooner or later!

Sweet as a Lollipop!

Belle is getting so big and is just as sweet as ever. She is such a helper to me and she loves her little brother and baby sister so much! She is smart, silly, beautiful and such a hard worker. We love her and can't imagine our life without her in it... what a blessing!

The Adam's

I recently took some pics for a good friend of ours and I am really happy with the results. We had lots of fun ;)

'Tis the Season!

Christmas is almost here and every year the fun and excitement just grows (for me!). The kids love everything about it and we get to enjoy so many family activities.
Today we went to the mall to see Santa and Belle sat and wrote him a letter as well:) Every time we ask what she wants it has changed from the time before so I don't think she will be too hard to please:) As you can see, she is learning to write her letters really well!
We are so thankful for this time of year and the blessings and memories we receive. Even standing in line for an hour to see Santa was fun and memorable!
And of course, the photo at the end was absolutely worth the wait;)(Dear Santa, Thank you - I want a pillow pet - xoxoBelle)
