Why are Europeans so much more in tune with what a baby needs?? All the cool baby gear comes from there! Just like this "Tummy Tub" I recently ordered for Cashe. He really likes it and if nothing else it makes for a super cute picture:)

Sea World!

We had a blast taking the kids to Sea World this week with their Nanny and Papa and Aunt Priscilla.

I have to admit that during the Shamu "Believe" show my heart was saying "FREE WILLY!!"

But my mind was saying "it's just an animal you crazy liberal!"

Papa introduced Cashe to a whole new world of tastes including lemonade and BBQ Sausage (just licking of course:)

I also have to add that before we went to Sea World I read a post online by an animal activist stating that it was inhumane what they do to these animals. They also mentioned that over 50% of captive killer whales die... I thought ALL animals die, haha!! If only 50% die then Sea World is doing something right:)

Belle's Turn

I have found that doing my "photo shoots" on seperate days for the kiddos is best. Today was Belle's turn. I recently got a new zoom lens for my camera and today was my first time to really see what it can do:) I was so happy with the results and it was SO much easier to get great shots! Maybe by the time my kids are grown I can have a full portfolio from babies to weddings and then I can be a "pro":)

There was water behind her but I love how the light made the background completely white.

Ligers and Tigons are REAL

Yes, it is true. Ligers and Tigons are real! They are a mix between lion and tiger... but I am sure you already knew that. Now, I can not attest to their magical powers but it seems quite possible to me... what can I say, Napoleon is very convincing.

Anyway, Blake checked it out on snoops and the liger can weigh around 1000 pounds, holy cow!

I kind of wish it had a mane or something but oh well.

Apparently he was on an episode of Yo Gabba Gabba (this show makes Kristin want to kill herself) and I couldn't believe that he talks the same way as in the movie! 4 Month Photos

I was feeling guilty for not having Cashe's pictures taken professionally so we went to the park today and spent some time and got some great shots! I hate to spend the money if I can do it myself:)

Belle's Bugs

I know this may come as a shock to some, but I grew up LOVING to collect bugs. Dad would drill holes in empty peanut butter jars and I would fill them with creepy crawlies. Now I have to have a major wad of toilet paper just to flush a cricket...

Anyway, recently Belle got a bug jar as a kid's meal toy and Daddy helped her find a ladybug (the only bug I will allow in the house) to put in her jar. They fed it an ant - yes ladybugs eat ants - and gave it a piece of wet napkin - that's how they drink apparently. The ladybug survived the night so Blake found him a friend.

Despite the abuse they have endured (being thrown, rolled, shaken, etc) they have survived a whole week!

Oh yeah, and Belle has special names for both ladybugs - Kh Kh Kh (very hard "K" sound three times). She also has doll named Catch-a-did-id-owy... no idea where that came from:)

American Idol

Ok, I will admit that this season I have been a pretty devoted American Idol watcher. I have yet to vote but my favorite though is Chris. Not only because he is more talented than Adam but because he is a normal guy. Adam is extremely flamboyant... any guy who wears more makeup than me has issues. Now we all know that he is a homosexual and it has been said that the voting tonight will break down between the red and blue states... interesting. I know that this is just a talent contest but I think it means so much more to those trying to push there evil agendas.

I have never voted before but tonight I will vote for Chris... I would vote for anyone other than the homosexual that has captured Americas heart... YUCK!

He is getting so big!!

I know every parent says this, but I seriously can't believe how fast Cashe (haha, fast cash) is growing up! He is so much fun and we just love watching him learn new things. He started rolling over last week and he drools like Beethoven... I am praying this doesn't mean teeth, yikes!

Anyway, we are all enjoying our newest member and Belle has been the best little helper. She loves her little brother so much and is always willing to throw away a dirty diaper and she is the best entertainment when he is fussy.
